Our Team

The AYA team of colleagues is comprised of a cohesive group of faculty and staff who strive to work together within a culture of respect and focused pursuit of a common goal: providing an excellent, Christ-centered educational experience to our deserving students. We have established a set of core values that anchor who we are as an organization. We aim to be Christ-centered with the following as our core values: excellence, wisdom, humility, service, courage, integrity, and fruits of the spirit.

As a community, we use the Bible as our standard and we aim to emulate Jesus Christ in our individual actions and interactions. We uphold the standard of being strong role models for our students by living and acting in accordance with the school’s Biblical foundation.
