Applying & Enrolling to AYA requires the following steps:

1. Complete AYA's Admission Application By:

• Clicking HERE to complete an application online OR
• Print, read & complete the application found HERE & return to AYA

2. Once we receive your complete application, we will contact you to schedule:

• A student interview and academic assessment
• Prospective Family Interview

3. Return Response Form & Schedule Individual Enrollment Meeting

4. Sign Tuition & Family Partnership Agreement

5. Congrats! Your enrollment is complete.
