AYA Welcomes New Chief Advancement Officer
Atlanta Youth Academy is thrilled to announce the hiring of Diane L. Douglass as our new Chief Advancement Officer/Director of Development. In this key role, Diane will oversee development, marketing and communications, and our mentor program, while helping ensure the Academy’s long-term financial strength.
Diane brings more than 30 years of experience in fundraising, sales, and marketing. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer at Our House Atlanta for nearly nine years, leading successful growth alongside their board, partners, and donors. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science from Hampton University.
In addition to joining AYA as a leader, Diane will also become part of our parent community, as her son begins at the Academy this fall.
