Cartwheel began in 2017 as a group of young professionals desiring to be more involved in the Atlanta community. A small group of these young professionals came together and decided on two main goals; engage the young adult community in Atlanta and fundraise for a deserving cause centered around children. After a few of visits to the Atlanta Youth Academy (AYA), Cartwheel members decided they wanted to partner with our school on this endeavor. From there, the Cartwheel Ball was formed to raise money for our deserving students.
Cartwheel Ball is a black-tie fundraiser that brings over 600+ young professionals together for a night of food, dancing, and drinks and a goal of raising over $130,000 each year through ticket sales and corporate or personal sponsorships. The event is put on by a group of young professionals in the Atlanta area who are passionate about making a difference! We’d love to have you join our Cartwheel crew!
